problem with that is that earthquakes and tsunamis arn't weather related.
cyclones and huricanes can be reported but truth is that not all reach land and reporting every major storm that doesn't reach land will give
artificial higher numbers.
bushfires can occur through poor land management and many are a result of arson and once again arn't always weather related.
localized drought can be caused by numerous reasons, one could be the damming of a river causeing reduced flow down stream.
poor land management practices once again.
so reporting all weather activity does what exactly ?
200 years ago, none of this would have been reported outside local areas.
so what would reporting all of this do now except make people believe something natural is now un-natural.
Australia has had at least 1 cyclone cross the coast in every month of the year, but cyclones are meant to occur in our summer months, so with a
history of this occuring, what is so unusual about the weather?
