Let me explain. If it passes the House it will go to the senate for adjustments, possibly adding the public option. Then it passes the senate and it
will be signed into law. (If I am correct).
That is not entirely correct.
Tonight, the House is voting on two different bills.
The first bill being voted on is the bill the Senate already passed. If the House passes it, it will go straight to the President to be signed into
law and does NOT have to go back to the Senate.
The second bill is the 'fix' bill which is supposed to fix all the problems in the first bill. This is the bill that will have to go back to the
Senate.
Bottom line, regarless of what happens with the second bill, once the first bill is passed, it's law.
This entire process is a load of crap and should be challenged Constitutionaly because to be a citizen of the United States, I don't have to purchase
a good or service. Since this bill requires me to purchase a plan or be fined and jailed, it is unconstitutional.
This is disgusting and anyone who votes for this bill should be publically hanged for treason because this bill will bring down America as we no it
both socially and economically. Sad and Pathetic!!
