Excuse my ignorance of this middle eastern conflict.

But I see several hundred thousand people who cant accept that Israel exists continually causing trouble in the middle east region.

The Bible tells us that the land containing Jerusalem ect is decreed by God to belong to the people who practice Judaism.

The squatters who lived in the now modern Israel after the Romans exiled the original Jews by force continually cause friction.

Why can we the western world not welcome these malcontents en masse once and for all, and allow the middle east to be in peace?

Australia has a large lebanese population at present, they the departing Palestinians would have a welcoming land to come to.
The Middle east doesnt need this conflict any more.
There are a lot of people living wretched lives in Palestine, why cant we the rich west accept them and allow the Israelis to live in peace?
Iam not a political person, but the terror the Israelis seem to suffer continually makes me feel our leaders are stupid.
If I lived in a tent or basic mud brick dwelling I would want to migrate to Australia or the USA or Europe.
I would not want to make my neighbours sad continually, just because they have reclaimed their land.
Peace in the middle east= a tolerant and welcoming western world who will accept the hundreds of thousands of Palestinian settlers.

The Isarelis have a right have they not to live in peace?

They suffered the most in ww2 and the years surrounding this terrible time.

Maybe if their Muslim 'brothers' and neighbours would stop shooting them at the borders then they could seek asylum there in muslim countries.

Or a Palestinian state could be created by Israel and the border monitored by UN peacekeepers.

I agree and further more why don't you piss off from America and give the land back to the natives.

The Palestians who currently live in Gaza/ Palestian Authority areas are the real Semites, not the Israelis who mostly come from Eastern Europe.

These Israelis of European extraction really need to look to establishing Israel in Eastern Europe, where they originally came from.

Manifest destiny is a poor and subjective argument for land ownerships.

It means absolutely nothing that the Christian Bible says who owns what to those that don't believe in Christianity or any variation of it.

The same would be said for any person who claims the Gods of their sacred religious texts tell them they are entitled to parts of the Earth by divine right.

Why should everyone just accept this as law because a religious text says it to be so?

Yes, Australia welcomes immigrants, especially refugees, but on a strict quota basis from each country. That is how it works here.

This may shock many Americans.
But Australia would much prefer families from third world countries come here, solid hard working honest people, looking for a better life.

Fat lazy single Americans, with their drugs, credit cards, porn and gun collections would definitely be second choice.

The Arabs in Palestine, did anyone stop to think about those born there if they want to stay, or to have their homes illegally invaded. bombed and destroyed by another nation. Probably not. Is it not a fact that most of the people who live in the USA come from other countries? and in the UK for that matter. fact is we all need somewhere to live, and if they have lived there for years no one has the right to move them on.

Everyone rallies around those in Israel, Poor Jewish people what they went through in WW2, well we tell people to stop living their lives by the outdated book that is the bible, and that means the Jewish community to. with population growth the way it is, we all need to learn to get along and give and take a little, No land can really belongs to no man, as they say, "you can't take it with you" IMHO. This is again about greed, and the bigger guy picking on the little ones yet again, well i hope they fight back and give the Jewish military a run for their money. and if other nations get involved like the Arab nations, and the US, well it was on the cards anyway, as told in the bible. Stop living by that damn book and someone please write another one, it's long overdue. Just my thoughts on it all.

You know "Muslims" are free to migrate to any western country pretty much.

Why doesn't ANY Muslim country take the Palestinians in?
