This thread needs more attention.

Remember people, just because CNN told you the "Highlights of the Health Care Reform Bill" that does not mean they told you everything. And I know damn well that none of you here read the entire bill[neither did I, holy # I can't understand the language and format of the bill easily, it's hard enough getting through 5 pages], and I also know that the media has a habit of distorting the public's view on reality by being selective in what they report.

So I ask of you, ATS, to deny ignorance and read the bill together, post new findings, flag this thread, bump this thread, do whatever you must to get this to the top.

I want to get hyped up about this - after skimming through it and reading how our lives are slowly being sucked in to the BigBroHooverSteamVac........ and now knowing that they apparently don't even have to VOTE to be able to make it law - so why are they even wasting more of our taxpayer money to hold a vote on Sunday?

It doesn't make sense to me.

I admire all of the people that are out protesting and voicing their opinions, but at the end of the day, it appears, to me anyhow, they are going to do what they want anyhow.

It's like watching a train wreck - you know it's gonna be bad, but all you can do is stand there, watch and wait for the impact.

Re. Scott Murphy just contacted everyone in his district email list in upstate NY telling them that he didn't care if they were against the illegal and most unconstitutional health care bill and that he is voting for it anyway.

Yeah, pretty sweet. This loser represents my home town area. Nice place, very depressed and the economy has always sucked. So much for listening to the people.

I've never campaigned for any politician, but I plan on campaigning for anyone running against someone that vote for this abortion.
