The human body is like a machine. and like evolution it chooses what is best suited to increase survivability. The ideal soldier is not gonna be some 6'7 guy whos 290 lbs. The average 175lb male can only bench about 135. A super soldier able to bench at a minimum 1.5 times his own body weight. Super soldiers due to their work conditions have hardened knuckles feet shins elbows and forearms. Trained in various different martial arts they can utilize anything and everything as a weapon. No they arent bulletproof thats stupid. They have at a minimum 20/20 in one eye and no less than 20/30 in either eye. Perfect hearing able to hear among many frequencies. The average male can run a mile in 8:30 super soldier runs it in 6:30- 7:00 depending on muscle ratio. Super soldiers have a maximum over 4 % body fat. Supersoldiers have calisis on the heels of the feet to deter blisters. They have no mental issues and follow orders to the tee.Super Soldiers are capable of swimming 3 football fields in ten minutes. They dont drink or smoke, they take care of their bodies. Further More these soldiers are highly motivatived individuals with a high pain tolerance. with the proper training anyone can live up to these standards
