i have heard by a freind that if you put a magnet
on your forehead and meditate you will begin
to open your third eye yes the pineal gland
i say third eye as the pineal gland looks
very similar on the inside

now i cant remember if its the south or north pole
of the magnet that you rest on your forehead
so do find out first as i was told that if you
put the wrong side down it is bad for you
in some way
