I sort of predicted it, and the ones that are going to happen in the future:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

I live in California, I felt it too.. I believe there will be a couple more this month. There is going to be an INCREASE in activity this year.

Didnt you know, Norweigens have a sense for these things!

i was living in lake Tahoe 16 years ago when a 6.5 hit and it scared the living hell outta me . mag 4.4 dose shake you up a bit but does not cause any damage expect from broken bottles ect . im waiting for the big one to hit . so as a native califorian im not worried . unless its a foreshock.

Well then, as a native Californian you would know that no two earthquakes feel the same. Yes, you can almost predict what kind of damage you're gonna have by going off the magnitude of the quake but how it feels is completely different.

Edit: Anyway, I don't want to argue with you. We can agree to disagree. Sorry if I seemed a little defensive but I just don't like someone telling me that it wasn't anything significant when I know what I felt. It may not be big on paper but it was huge to me that is all.

That's awesome that you just know if an earthquake happens. Some will probably not believe you if you told them that but I believe some people are just in tune that way. I wish I was but unfortunately I'm not.

I was just talking about an earthquake hitting us this past weekend and we decided on having a bag with some clothes and necessary items next to our doors so just in case, we can be up and running as soon as possible. I guess this was just the wake up call to actually put our plan into motion. I know they say to duck and cover but I'll take my chances out in the street. I'll just make sure to watch out for power lines or trees.

Anyway, this will be my last post for a while. I'm clogging up my own thread.
