Actually I havent heard about this until I read this thread. I think if it was that big of a threat, it would be on headline news.

my mother is a nurse and has mentioned this several times in the past few years. nasty stuff. sucks even more i plan on going to school in nyc.

Maybe someone will now put their foot down on prescribing antibiotics for everything. And only give them out when its truly necessary.

Its a scary thought that this is on the street. There are lots of people in NY, I cannot think of a worse city for this to happen in. I have a fear that it will spread quickly before being controlled.

All it has to do is hit 1 child, then the school..... I shudder at the thought.
