Once again showing how the deck is stacked against the common man, a US "vaccine court" dismissed 3 lawsuits against vaccine makers based upon studies funded by the Department of Health and Human Services, the defendant in the case.

Court Rules Against Autism-Vaccine Link

A special United States “vaccine court”
dismissed three cases Friday that were attempting to establish a link between mercury-containing immunizations and autism, prompting outrage among parents convinced of the connection.

Critics have accused the hearings of impropriety, citing the fact that the Department of Health and Human Services was a defendant in the case while producing and funding much of the evidence purporting to exonerate the vaccines at taxpayer expense. Mother Laura Bono, for example, one of the parents whose case was dismissed, called the process “dysfunctional” and said that the law only provides the illusion of having a day in court.

Other parents were equally disappointed by the ruling. "The deck is stacked against families in vaccine court,” charged mother Rebecca Estepp of the Coalition for Vaccine Safety. “Government attorneys defend a government program, using government-funded science, before government judges. Where's the justice in that?" After the rulings, an attorney for the group also said it would seek congressional intervention and that several government experts had provided fraudulent testimony.

Other organizations are also calling the proceedings into question. "Find me another industry where the U.S. government defends their product in court and funds the science that exonerates them," said Generation Rescue founder J.B. Handley, also the father of an autistic child. "The average citizen has no hope."

The American system of justice is rotten to the core. The regulators who are supposed to protect the little guy only look out for the interests of the the big corporations they are supposed to be keeping an eye on.

They are no longer the watch dogs for society.

Lap dogs of the corporations would be a better description.

Repub=Dem, and we see who you are a lapdog for.

OP, yes the justice system in the US is a joke.

This is one of the things the socialist/fascist leaning idiots do not understand.

If the government is involved in business, who are you going to sue? You cannot sue the government or the business, because they are the same entity.

New slogan, Tired of idiots.

Yeah, the government propaganda that private businesses are bad just boggles the mind on how people cannot see that 1+1=2. No, it must =wood.

Tired of control freaks and idiots.

No doubt! They act like they want Free Enterprise and are against "Big Government", but they have given executive powers to over 23,000 privte company's to be their "eyes and ears", which means they have grown the government drastically, by increasing spending to new heights and took our deficit from over a $200 billion SURPLUS when Clinton left office to a TRILLION dollar Deficit now. Contrary to popular belief, this was not the doing sof Obama, this was Bus/CHeney.

To your comment I would like to point out that even though the graph you provide shows a surplus at the Clinton years, that is actually false.

If you take into account that the surpluses in both the SS and Medicare systems at the time were, raided to make it look like there were surpluses in general.

The money that was still in the other funds were raided by both Dems and Repubs.

Both parties are destroying this country by spending us to death.

There was LESS losses in the Clinton years because the government was setting up our current depression by pillaging all assets of the American People.

The future will not look bright until we remove both of these corrupt and evil parties from the US. Period.

I'm surprised this Merck report on thimerosal/mercury issue is forgotten so easily.

By arguably the father of vaccines no less, Dr. Maurice R. Hilleman, an internationally renowned vaccinologist. Merck named a laboratory in his name.

'91 Memo Warned of Mercury in Shots

A memo from Merck & Co. shows that, nearly a decade before the first public disclosure, senior executives were concerned that infants were getting an elevated dose of mercury in vaccinations containing a widely used sterilizing agent.

The March 1991 memo, obtained by The Times, said that 6-month-old children who received their shots on schedule would get a mercury dose up to 87 times higher than guidelines for the maximum daily consumption of mercury from fish.

"When viewed in this way, the mercury load appears rather large," said the memo from Dr. Maurice R. Hilleman, an internationally renowned vaccinologist. It was written to the president of Merck's vaccine division.

The memo was prepared at a time when U.S. health authorities were aggressively expanding their immunization schedule by adding five new shots for children in their first six months. Many of these shots, as well as some previously included on the vaccine schedule, contained thimerosal, an antibacterial compound that is nearly 50% ethyl mercury, a neurotoxin.

The government regulators protecting the companies they are supposed to regulate isn't confined just to the medical sector.

Another thread in RATS (you need to spend some ATS points to get access) reveals how the exact same thing is going in in the financial sector as well.

Wall Street Whistleblower Proves Money Never Sleeps

An incredible, long video interview with Wall Street and 9/11 whistleblower Richard Grove, who pretty much spills the beans. ALL the beans. He is one of the good ones we need who tried to fight the system of Wall Street corruption and money laundering when he discovered a back door to a federally imposed software program his company was selling- effectively having the opposite effect: It now provides a virtual blank check to those who know about it to basically rip off anyone they see fit, to the tune of billions of dollars.

This guy blew the whistle on his Wall Street bosses, relying on the governments whistle-blower protection laws. The whistle-blower laws proved to be absolutely useless. No only were his allegations covered up by the government, but he was also left penniless by the experience.

He even went to the press with his story and was told that the corporate owners of the MSM would not permit his story to air. Producers were threatened with loosing their jobs if they aired his story.

If you want to learn the true depths of our government's corruption, I strongly recommend you look into this thread.

Edit to add: I just checked and RATS access is now priced at the bargain basement low price of only 250 ATS points!!

That's a pretty HUGE discount from it's original cost of 5000ATS points!

Hurry folks, at this price they won't last. Get yours before they're all gone!

I think you guys are missing the point End is trying to get across.

He's trying to point out that the two party system is an illusion. Just look at how Obama is following in Bush's footsteps on the war issue.

People need to wake up to the reality that there's not a dimes worth of difference between the two political parties. The two party system a facade TPTB uses to give us the illusion of choice and occasional change.

The reality is, no matter the party affiliation of the people in charge of government, the same group of insiders controls them all, pulling their strings from the shadows.

TPTB use the two party facade to keep us divided and blinded to the real forces driving the world.
