Just for reference I don't think there is enough info to make an accurate determination to legality. Florida isn't a right to work state so you can
be terminated for any reason at any time. You are on company property, probably in uniform and during normal working hours. No offense but
substitute "porn site" for ATS. If I had an employee on his break, that my customers are familliar with, in a public area on my property, around
other employees, during business hours, looking at a website which I consider offensive, that my customers may find offensive, well I'd correct him
Sorry if that isn't the popular consensus, but I agree with the boss. I know it sucks but you need o look at it from a different perspective. This
isn't mainstream. It can be considered offensive. And I wouldn't want a customer to walk by while your reading a post about how christians are
idiots. Sorry but my business would come before your free time. Go sit in your car and pull it off the property and look at whatever you want.
That's the correct answer.
