you can also just use sunscreen on your face and neck for the wrinkle/skin cancer protection, and wear short sleeves and skirts or pants and let your
extremities do the Vitamin D production.
That way if you get a skin cancer that requires the removal of a large hunk of flesh, at least it isnt your face thats being hacked on.
I took my shirt off outside the other day while I was mowing the lawn. I thought about the extra vitamin D I would be getting and wondered if this
isn't proof we are supposed to be naked? Perhaps we are designed to wear a minimum of clothing since exposure to the sun is where we get the D we are
missing. Hmmmm?
