Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday said the he was surprised by the U.S. administration's public condemnation of his government over Israel's announcement that it would construct 1,600 new housing units in East Jerusalem.

Sources in the Prime Minister's Office said the crisis appeared to be orchestrated by the U.S. administration, as Netanyahu apologized to U.S. Vice President Biden and believed that the crisis was behind the two allies.

Netanyahu on Saturday evening convened a meeting of the forum of seven cabinet ministers to discuss the diplomatic tension with the Obama administration, and is expected to issue a formal statement about the matter at the start Sunday's weekly cabinet meeting.

The U.S. has waged harsh criticism of Israel's announcement on Tuesday about new settlement construction - a move that deeply embarrassed visiting Biden and imperiled U.S. plans to launch indirect negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians.

Netanyahu has repeatedly said he was unaware of the East Jerusalem construction plan.

Meanwhile, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Friday called Israel's announcement "insulting" to the United States.

"I mean, it was just really a very unfortunate and difficult moment for everyone - the United States, our vice president who had gone to reassert our strong support for Israeli security - and I regret deeply that that occurred and made that known," Clinton said during the CNN interview.

Clinton did not blame Netanyahu personally for the announcement, but she said, "He is the prime minister. Like the president or secretary of state...ultimately, you are responsible."

Netanyahu spoke with Clinton over the weekend in what was later described to reporters as a 45-minute conversation in which the premier mostly remained quiet and listened to Clinton's scathing criticism.

I bet he put the phone on silent and sat there pretending to listen to Clinton.

This has become a farce, and absolutely unbelievable that he's "surprised".

Mossad agents while in Dubai used mastercards issued by a company named Payoneer based in New York. Payoneer is a business created by a guy name Yuval Tal. Yuval Tal is a ex mossad agent by his own addmission as a contributer to Fox News. I just seen a article from the New York Post Yuval Tal has now disappeared so I pulled up a picture to see what he looked like. Yuval Tal looks just like Michael Lawrence Barney.

Yuval Tal

Yuval lives in Hong Kong with his wife and three sons.

So who is this guy running a creditcard company in New York City using the name Yuval Tal. Heres a video from Fox News of him talking.

www.youtube.com...#

So is this Yuval Tal in New York a mossad agent under cover creating front companies to transfer money for Mossad? Is he the hitman from Dubai?

Wheres the U.S. administration's public condemnation of a Mossad agent using false identity to run and operate a New York City based international credit card agency?

Ok, well consider it like this. Even though it is a big issue that would be small in any other country but just because it's in Israel of all places.
Typically a Prime Minister isn't in charge of approving or disapproving the construction of 1,600 new homes. That usually falls under whoever the city administrator and/or of Jerusalem is, not a national based politician but a local.
That would be logical as to his saying that he had no idea about the plans until it was announced. Gotta love the Israel bashers.

This is still a blunder whoever is responsible.

Didn't the local authority ever stop to think for a second whilst Biden was licking the PM's behind that it would be offensive and unhelpful to make the announcement at that point in time.

I'm not even saying Israel cannot build there, I'm simply saying that stupid decisions made at wrong times can be fatal. The issue of building settlements or not can be solved when they all sit down and work out a deal.
