Updating my blog?

Ok, I feel like a fool for having to ask this, just so you all know. I have a blog, and I haven't updated it in a while, but I want to start updating it again. Now, I have lots of free time at my job that I could use to update (like right now, lol) but I have no idea how to access the way to update my blog from any computer other than my home comp. At home, I have the blog update page saved, but I don't know how to access it any other way. If anyone could help me out, I'd be very thankful. Sorry for asking such a simple question, but it's a foolish little thing that I need to have explained. Thanks again.

you cannot access it from the ats website
