New FBI Files Alleging AIPAC Theft of Government Property and Israeli Espionage Released

ww w.prnewswire.com
WASHINGTON, Declassified files detailing an FBI investigation targeting the American Israel Public Affairs Committee are now available on the Internet. AIPAC was investigated after it acquired and circulated classified government information provided in strict confidence by US industry and worker groups opposed to AIPAC sponsored economic legislation.

"These files, available on the Internet for the first time, reveal activities that undermined rule of law and governance. They have wrought massive economic harm to American businesses and workers. We urge all concerned Americans to carefully review and ponder the implications of these FBI files and other documents now available from the Israel Lobby Archive."

The 50 pages now available as portable document files (PDF) include:

*FBI reports of Israelis circulating classified documents in the US Congress, "compromising" the authority of the U.S. President.

*US Trade Representative concerns that AIPAC was tactically "divulging" classified information supplied by US industries opposed to AIPAC lobbying initiatives.

*Reports from the International Trade Commission that AIPAC and Israeli operatives "usurped" US government authority and that an Israeli intelligence service operative was working undercover on AIPAC's staff.

*Internal Department of Justice prosecutorial opinions that "theft of government property" had occurred

*An FBI director order that the Washington Field office give the AIPAC investigation top priority after Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard was caught on video surveillance stealing classified US national defense information:

*FBI special agent interviews of Israeli minister of economics Dan Halpern who claimed diplomatic immunity. Halpern admitted passing classified US documents to AIPAC but refused to name his source

*FBI special agent interviews of AIPAC's former director of legislative affairs detailing how he made copies of the classified documents for AIPAC's lobbying use after being ordered to return them to the US government.

*FBI interviews of key AIPAC employees involved in handling the classified US government information

Israel is America's best friend. That's what Biden said today. Israel takes full advantage of America. They have bought their way into US politics and it is sad to see how America allows Israel to fully exploit them. Israel must be laughing out loud. They can do what they want, be it spying, stealing and abusing, no one cares to act as this government is corrupt as hell. Those who truly intended to act in the interest of America, rather than in the interest of Israel, have been sent off.

The 50 pages report can be found in the source.

You are an anit-semite my friend! How dare you!

Yeah, I was kind of thinking that Biden's statement was timed quite well.

Israelites in general, as with virtually all nations, are great people. It's the leadership that thinks they know what is best and LOVES to play games with lives as if they were pawns on a chess board, that are the ones that need to be removed from power.

They have been interefering in our government (and are a pretty good part of it being as corrupt as it is today) since their nation was formed. Alas, that is how the world of politics moves along. No one wants to live and let live in this world. You get these power hungry egomaniacs that just want to screw with people to try and how how much smarter they are than you.

But this will get blown under a rug and Israel will continue to be a good friend to America.

I wouldn't be too optimistic about this coming into public view.

First off, there is already a massive and powerful effort to 're-brand' the relationship that we have with Israel, similar to their equally intense campaign to create a new 'negative meme' regarding anyone who questions the depths of Jewish suffering (they are migrating away from the tired old "anti-Semite" pejorative and working on a new way to vilify anyone who opposes their efforts.) In light of that re-branding, we will see a ,'ho-hum' approach to this story by public officials, and many political celebrities.

Second, the information is quite dated, and while many will characterize this a 'shocking revelation' Israeli's have been busted spying and engagin in suspiciously 'dark' operations MANY times before. The FBI did NOTHING about it then, they will do nothing about it now. The main reason is because the FBI is a POLITICALLY-controlled agency. They answer to the head politician..., who in turn answers to anyone BUT the American people, it seems. (OT - FBI leadership seems to ensure that most of the time, the FBI is a public relations player, legitimizing their relevance by inflating and cherry picking the cases they work on. Half the time they are 'entrapping' people they prosecute... although it never gets publicized that way.

As many times as AIPAC has been busted, you would think they would have been prosecuted or deported by now... but somehow... no, that never happens....

To make matters worse, Israeli companies are so deeply entrenched in our intelligence community's capabilities that they easily 'overhear' (if not 'oversee") the products of the intelligence efforts of our national defense system. They are the ones who make most domestic telecommunications espionage a reality...

Oh man... that's it. I have gravitated away from complacent acceptance into rational inquiry... sorry folks.

Foreign influence in our nation should be restricted to what appropriately legitimized diplomatic efforts can accomplish... not by this kind of make-believe 'non-profit' lobbying group of dual-'citizens.'

These recent events should be of no shock to anyone on ATS and/or in politics.

Doesn’t anyone remember the ADL (Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith)??? Found to hold over 180,000 secret files on Americans.

www.iamthewitness.com...

Politicians have known for years that Israel is up to no good. Check out this book from the 80’s.

www.scribd.com...

This makes the Supreme Court decision to overturn 60 years of compaign finance reform that much more dangerous. If Israel and China or others are able to back candidates the US is doomed.

Israeli Spying: The Mother of all Scandals

At the heart of the investigation are two people who work at The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), a powerful pro-Israel lobby in Washington. The FBI investigation, headed up by Dave Szady, has involved wiretaps, undercover surveillance and photography that CBS News was told document the passing of classified information from the mole, to the men at AIPAC, and on to the Israelis. CBS sources say that last year the suspected spy, described as a trusted analyst at the Pentagon, turned over a presidential directive on U.S. policy toward Iran while it was, "in the draft phase when U.S. policy-makers were still debating the policy." This put the Israelis, according to one source, "inside the decision-making loop" so they could "try to influence the outcome." [CBS News]

The article that links off of this story is dated 2004. I remember starting a thread a while ago about the Mossad still stalking malls near U.S. military bases. It was interesting. I found the article as well.

One of the malls where the Israeli”toy sellers” based their operations was the Pentagon City Mall, just across Interstate 395 from the Pentagon. In July 2004, the mall served as the rendezvous point for alleged Israeli Pentagon spy Larry Franklin and Keith Weissman, an AIPAC official. Franklin warned Weissman that Iranian agents were going to start attacking American soldiers and Israeli agents in Iraq. Weissman then went to brief the account of the meeting to Steve Rosen, another senior AIPAC official. They both informed the Israeli embassy in Washington and Glenn Kessler, a reporter for The Washington Post. Those phone calls were being wiretapped by the FBI as part of its investigation of a major Israeli spy ring in the United States, an investigation that had been going on since before the 9/11 attacks. The FBI was also monitoring meetings between Franklin, Weissman, and Rosen, including one held in February 2003 at the Arlington, Virginia, Ritz-Carlton hotel, which adjoins the Pentagon City Mall.

When one considers the fact that in this particular age where national security has become such a concern that the U.S. Government’s chief declared mission is to ‘protect’ us by what ever means deemed necessary from ‘terrorist’ threats both foreign and domestic that it is oddly circumspect the one group that remains above suspicion are the Zionists and dual American/Israeli citizens and the AIPAC Crowd.

If you were born and raised in the United States and love and believe and uphold the constitution to the point of exercising your second amendment rights to arm yourself and join a militia you are considered a potential terrorist and possible threat to the nation.

But if you have a dual citizen ship with another country like Israel even to the point its your primary focus and concern as an ‘American’ that is perfectly acceptable and safe for the nation and the constitution?

There is a dual set of dangerous standards being employed that are detrimental to all Americans that is no laughing matter.

You might want to also consider that many of the most hardcore Zionists are agnostic and atheists and Zionist Israel may be an apartheid state but it is a secular state.
