Just repost whatever you had up there before but edited out. You can pose the next riddle.

Okay, since I got WUK's 2nd riddle.

Here goes.

It can be found on the google, so first try to solve without.

I am the beginning of sorrow, and the end of sickness. You cannot express happiness without me, yet I am in the midst of crosses. I am always in risk, yet never in danger. You may find me in the sun, but I am never out of darkness.

Even without Google that's easy.

The letter 'S.'

You sit on it but you can't take it with you.

Really easy but no googling

Yeah, it was, for some reason, I cannot find my Two Towers books.

I wanted to pull one of the ones out of that so nobody could use google, but I cannot find them.

Probably in the garage boxed up.

I will search for something else.

A man walks into a pub and sits down at the bar, and simply orders a water. The bartender looks at the man, and then, quickly pulls out a shotgun and points it at the man. The man says "Thank you," and leaves. Why did they behave this way?

sorry this is probably easy but I am no good at these

The man had the hiccups? He asked for water to stop the hiccups so the bartender scared him too with the shotgun?

I THINK I heard this somewhere before- maybe even on another BTS riddle thread. lol

They've never seen The Jerk.

And that's it and that's the only thing I need, is this. I don't need this or this. Just this ashtray. And this paddle game, the ashtray and the paddle game and that's all I need. And this remote control. The ashtray, the paddle game, and the remote control, and that's all I need. And these matches. The ashtray, and these matches, and the remote control and the paddle ball. And this lamp. The ashtray, this paddle game and the remote control and the lamp and that's all I need. And that's all I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one - I need this. The paddle game, and the chair, and the remote control, and the matches, for sure. And this. And that's all I need. The ashtray, the remote control, the paddle game, this magazine and the chair.

I'm so lame.

Another answer would be "someone else's lap"....

I've got a nasty one, if you're up for it:

*******************************************************

In a building there are five offices, painted five different colors.

In each office works a person of different nationality

These five workers each eat a different kind of food, drive different brands of car and keep a different pet.

QUESTION: Who has the mongoose?

HINTS

1. The German works in a black office.

2. The Spaniard keeps fish as pets.

3. The Brit eats beef.

4. The white office is next to, and on the left of the blue office.

5. The owner of the white office eats soup.

6. The person who drives a Toyota rears horses.

7. The owner of the pink office drives a Corvette.

8. The man working in the center office eats cake.

9. The American works in the first office.

10. The man who drives a BMW works next to the one who keeps dogs.

11. The man who keeps cats lives next to the man who drives a Corvette.

12. The man who drives a Ford eats lobster.

13. The Frenchman drives a Rolls Royce.

14. The American works next to the yellow office.

15. The man who drives a BMW has a neighbor who eats ham.

EDIT: If the "Lap" answer isn't right, I'll edit out the riddle if you like....

Also, you could try to Google the above riddle, and POSSIBLY find something similar, but I've changed it enough to still require the same solution process.

Since you posted double, I didn't even realize there was a new riddle hours ago. I'm already on it and have my system going.

ETA: Or maybe you edited it. Either way I didn't see it before. lol

The Frenchman owns the Mongoose.

The first step is to find the order of the colored offices. From left to right I got:
Pink
Yellow
Black
White
Blue

Countries from left to right:
USA
Britain
German
French
Spain

Food from left to right:
Ham
Beef
Cake
Soup
Lobster

Cars from left to right:
Corvette
BMW
Toyota
Rolls Royce
Ford

Pets from left to right:
Dogs
Cats
Horses
Mongoose
Fish

And this better not be done with that silly twist 'the riddle never said one of the five had to own a mongoose as their pet.' lol

Excellent job Ashley. It's said that only 2% of the people in the world can solve that type of riddle...
