Can you imagine what McDonald's will taste like if the ban goes into effect? The salt content is (in my opinion, of course) the only thing that makes anything in there even remotely edible -- and that's pretty much limited to the fries.
For what it's worth, Bloomberg and co. here in NYC are already cutting down on salt via the Health Department. (NYTimes article).
