While the allegations against this woman are pretty cut and dried, the pretext pertaining to the circumstances are pretty broad reaching...
Who's to say the allegations are true?
Nothing to say they are, just an indictment so far. And while the article states she made an initial court appearance, she did not enter a plea.
I'm sure she may not even have a clue as to whats going on around her... and they say she has an attorney - but reading the comments made by her
'attorney' - who's interests is he really after here?
