It requires the insureds signature. So, you just don't sign. Also, an agent needs your personal info. SS#, medical history, etc. They can't just take out a policy on you. Also, they have to have an "insurable interest."
Wife, employer, Parent, business partner, etc.

A lot of companies take out life insurance on their employees. Some to the tune of seven figures. Did you work at a bank or work for them at one time? A lot of banks have done this. Usually when one gets hired, consent is somewhere in the paperwork. You may have inadertantly given consent.

SORRY FOR THE EXTRA POSTS,Not SURE HOW THAT HAPPENED

Well, there was a girl who went missing and he may have known something about it, also he would have stood to inherit billioons of dollars as the only offspring of a certain man.

His friend who also had information about the missing girl mysteriously "committed suicide" a week later as well...

We think all 3 deaths are connected.
