Especially when they are a-holes who have already made it quite clear they want to wipe you off the map???

Last year I went through hell staying in safe houses etc because my ex is so jealous etc, but now he has teamed up with my aunt who is equally as phsyco, and they have gotten a life insurance policy on me....


I stand to inherit billions of dollars, but with me out of the way, there is a chance......SLIM chance my aunt could get it instead....I personally could care less about money, but both my aunt and my ex are the greediest people I know...to the point it is scary.

Last year he put a $35,000 bounty on my head, so every crackhead around was after me for the money.

Then after I told the police, and spent enough time in court, not enough was proven to get him arrested, but I put it all over facebook that he spent the money...I said on renos because I was too embarrassed for anyone to know why I was complaining about there being no more money, but basically it was so any of his little friends would know they might a well leave me alone, since the money is gone.... it worked great.

Anyhoo, up to present date......I had to call the police on him a few months back, and sure enough, the next day, one of the girls he sent after me last year, one of the ones with socks full of boulders, is messaging me on facebook, and pretending to be my freind now etc...

Long story short, my dad tells me a few weeks ago that my aunt is getting insurance policy on me, and about a week ago, my ex added her on facebook...

Is there some way to foil their plans, with no proof, or without looking like a paranoid delusional, which without knowing the years of history, I must look like one right now, but need to know if I can somehow block them from doing this...

Oh and there is a murder trial at the moment for my cousin they murderd 10 years ago, who was first in line before me, so I am not that paranoid really..

honestly this sounds like a good movie to me!! but i dont think there is anyway to stop someone taking out a policy on you because they are paying for the money, but who knows, try talking to you aunt and see what the hell is going on that would be my first guess

second, hire a body gaurd......................or a hitman

I can't talk to my aunt, she is pure evil.....seriously I haven't talked to her in 20 years, at christmas parties she practically hisses at me, and sits there talking about my all night in FRONT of me, as if I am an invisible robot with no feelings..

So far as I know, one can not take out a valid life insurance policy on someone unless they have an insurable interest in that person. Now, your aunt may have an insurable interest in you; however, I would suggest writing her out of your will; thus negating any insurable interest. I am not an attorney and do not know all of the legalities/formalities of doing this, so I would highly recommend consulting a living wills attorney to make sure all of your i's are dotted and t's are crossed.

Even doing all off this can not completely ensure that someone won't take out a policy on you, but it will certainly ensure that they can't collect on the policy.

Life insurance is covered in large measure by state regs. I'm not sure where you are, but the jurisdiction you're in will no doubt have some unique regulations.

What's fairly universal is the requirement for an insurable interest. A life insurance company shouldn't sell a policy to anyone who doesn't have an insurable interest in the insured. I couldn't take a policy out on just any random stranger because there isn't any existing insurable interest.

If you're in a position to inherit "billions", I'd think there are probably a good many people in your family and among business associates (if any) that would have a demonstrated insurable interest.

I'd look into some financial advisers, maybe at a bank or a trusted attorney. If you can substantiate the fact that you're in a position to come into some serious money, they'll likely be interested in giving you some advice. At that point they have an interest in keeping you healthy (potential income for them) and might be in a position to at least point you in the right direction.

That is the info I was looking for. That will be the first thing on my list then.

A couple of questions. Why do you stand to inherit "a couple billion dollars"? Why was your cousin 1st in line? Where is your aunt in this succession and where do your parents fall, because surely if your aunt is in the rotation your parents are as well.

And why not go to the source of the inheritance to seek some protection? How do you know they killed your couisin? Why were charges not filed? If they collaborated on the murder why did they just become "facebook friends". If they were capable of planning a murder for someone who stands to inherit billions you'd think they are smart enough not to associate on facebook. Why didn't the crackheads getcha?

No, she can't take a policy out on you and here's why.

Previously mentioned reasons notwithstanding, in order for an insurer to write the policy, they would have to get health evaluations on you. Without knowing your health status, they won't insure you. They would not let someone take out a million dollar policy without knowing if they have some terminal illness first as the premium amount is based on life expectancy and they need to determine that via a physical.

Also, if your aunt stands to inherit your billions, why would she put herself at risk by taking out a policy and having you offed? If I am going to net billions as a result of someone's death, and I was evil enough to have them killed, I certainly wouldn't want an insurance company investigating the death along with the cops.
