Did you read the charges?
Driving while unlicensed, possession of gun, either dealing or manufacturing cocaine (doesn't say which or how much of it), didn't wear a seat belt, and stole something worth less than $500 (could have been something as small as a $5 watch).
I'm not saying he's not a dangerous criminal just that the charges you listed don't portray him as one.
