I recently joined the ATS group on Facebook, and I have to wonder why it only has 1000 members. I think ATS should have more members than the group "I bet this Onion Ring can get more fans than Justin Bieber!" It's pretty sad that people are more interested in that, than all the fascinating subjects we cover here on ATS.
Facebook is an amazing way to get people together, and it gets lots of Media attention! If we could get this group to be more popular I bet it could make some difference! I bet this group could grow from 1000, to a million! I just think it needs more attention. So join now! Start the revolution on Facebook, Twitter, and here at home! (On ATS) xD

www.facebook.com...#!/group.php?gid=4853544998&ref=ts = link to group.
Join now, hopefully we can get the ball rolling! I think we could do a lot more through Facebook and Twitter (if we had more fans/followers) than a conspiracy website on it's own!

If you're comfortable of course. Nobody is pushing you to join, I just think it could get a lot more attention through Facebook!

(Sorry if I put this in the wrong spot. Feel free to move this thread Mods!) ~_^

Edit; don't know how to link apparently. Uh, Just go to www.facebook.com and add the end part of the link! " #!/group.php?gid=4853544998&ref=ts " Without quotes. Thanks!

Then let's make that difference here - where the adverts help keep it running

Because if anything we talk about on ATS is true, people have a right to know. These subjects affect our personal lives, and the only way to change that is by making a difference. How do we make a difference? We spread the truth! Facebook is probably the first place people go when they log onto their computers, so I just thought we might be able to do more good through there! Something we all seem to be so passionate about should not be a secret! And if we're right, we need to be heard! People don't "Secretly" believe in god, they make Facebook groups saying "I BET I CAN FIND 1,000,000,000 PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE IN GOD."

Just because "people have a right to know" doesn't mean they want to know.
I consider Facebook to be the easy to grab, low lying fruit.
FB users want to get away, connect with friends and family and talk about BS.
Subjects on ATS require effort to follow, something most people won't choose to do, especially if it interferes with their American Idol, sports and entertainment.

About the allure of Facebook and as Admiral Ackbar told the star fleet in "Star Wars."

I thought I would add a little levity to your reply.
