Avatars for Grabs.

Hey everyone!

Here are some avatars, whoever would like them is welcome to copy and use as they please...

These are just simple, basic avatars for those of you with blanks. I know, they are not as glorious as some of the others floating around this site....

They act as a good stand in until you find your dream Avatar..

I remember how much of a mission it was to find an Avatar when I found the site.

Just post which is taken so that we don't have double ups.

Love the color tones

Those are really nice. I have a question! heh I noticed the specs on those pics are 180 X 400. But according to the Avatar guideline thread, they are suppose to be 160 X 400.

Avatars: GIF and JPEG file formats only with a maximum dimension of 160 pixels wide, by 320 pixels tall. File sizes are not to exceed 75k, and animated GIF's are allowed. (physical size can extend up to 400 pixels tall for images under 50k in file size)

Avatar Guidelines

I don't follow this rule in my own avatars typically, but I noticed when I tried to use 180 wide, it cut the edge off. (of course, I'm a total noob with photoshop still)

Any thoughts?

Btw, I do love your personal avatar. As well as Ashley's. Which of course are always amazing.

OMG You are right!

For some reason I thought they had to be 180...

I will re-size them, and when I post new ones I will keep that in mind!

So sorry, seems I'm the noob... :shk:

Edit to add-

They have been resized but unfortunately are now 160x356

When I upload more (they will be better) I will make them 160 x 400.

Hey, lol... I totally wasn't trying to correct you. I was/am genuinely curious. heh I personally haven't seemed to find the right sizes. When I used the 160 width, it repeats on the sides. But 180 is cut off. 175 tends to look funny as well. I'm clearly at a loss for what's right. Anyway, great avatars! Keep up the good work.

ohh I really like them!-

I'll take the one with the butterflies!

ps- I change my avatar frequently- but anything with butterfiles is a permanent fav!
