Canadian War criminals? Afgan detainee issue.

Hello ATS,
For all you Canadian users, I'm sure you have probably heard about the afgan detainee issue all over the news. For the rest of ATS users around the world; Canada's Government may in fact be guilty of war crimes.

In Parliamentary democracy (most Commonwealth nations) like Canada's, Parliment has the constitutional right to view UNCENSORED documents from the government. Canada's government has been withholding documents that may in fact indicate that they where in violations of international law, the third Geneva Convention part 2 article 12, in particular.
