A video of a bright orange UFO taken by a tourist in Rome has sparked a great deal of interest all over the web.

This footage has spread across the various UFO related web-based chat rooms. UFO experts are now examining the footage which is surprisingly clear for a nighttime clip. The witnesses appear to be genuinely surprised, judging by their reactions.

I wish i could embed it for you but i do not know how.

G'day SuperSlovak

Tim1989 is correct.

This has already been the subject of a previous thread.

It has been shown to be a balloon (akin to a large chinese lantern).

Kind regards
Maybe...maybe not

Well sad to tell you but you are not the first to say...or even 5th for that matter. Follow the video link, it was already debunked and the same photo you used was given as the example. Seams you are trying to take credit for something you did not do.

If you pause the original during the video, you can clearly see a rectangular lighted "base" inside of the thing, and it just screams "lantern" to me. I think many of the lantern theories are bunk, but this one really seems to be the case, imo.

Already debunked and more annoyingly the 2nd thread on the same thing in 24hrs...

Call for thread close and a reminder of what the search button is for...

Can't say balloon for sure on this one.
We see so little of balloons these days in real life I find it quite amazing how
many remote balloon ids we have on ATS.
We see more UFOs than balloons according to youtube.

I'm not sure what you mean by that.

Are you saying that evidence provided by someone else is then their intellectual property and cannot be used by anyone else?

Or are you saying that the OP should've searched a bit to see that this has already been discussed?

I'm sorry for not understanding you correctly - perhaps I need more coffee to wake me up.
