I would add that a HUGE number of the Faithers on ATS do NOT believe it was terrorists, if by terrorists you mean AQ.

A general understanding of physics and how the NIST report left out steel conductivity...along with no conductivity of cement (which is the same as steel), and discluding the bracings for the steel to begin with.

My problem is not a overall concept, my problem is the nuts and bolts of the issue...I ignore those films of connections and people and all that nonsense and look at the actual hard science...the rest is simple speculation and if you want to just speculate, you can say Santa Clause did it.

The science itself doesn't add up in various areas...mostly building 7.

We've been talking about this type of thing here for quite some time, it's crazy that something like this has finally happened. I'm constantly amazed at the junk people will let themselves be brainwashed into thinking, and even when shown why they're wrong over and over, they still repeat the same incorrect information.

I could see something like this coming, but it really started to show up around this site with the "Harley Guy" thread, when people had themselves convinced they knew who he was, and that he must be guilty of treason. Never mind that they had the wrong guy and that there was nothing wrong with what he said. The Truthers WANTED it to be part of their 'conspiracy', and pushed it too far, if for nothing else that cannot seem to conceive that someone might have a different opinion than them, and may actually be correct.

@Truthers:

Whether this guy is actually a truther or not, or committed this act because of 9/11 or some other reason, I would be VERY careful of making death threats on this site or others. Saying things like line them up in front of the firing squad, hang them, drag them through the streets, and so on are going to be HUGE red flags now as law enforcement cracks down on this activity.

I know most of you don't do this and are simply misguided and/or get some satisfaction out of figuring things out that you don't believe could have happened. However, mark my words here, that things are about to shift towards stopping this sort of thing before it happens again. Before you make or even think about making any excuses for this guy, he just put a huge black eye on your movement, so don't excuse this type of behavior.

@Mods:

I would SERIOUSLY consider auditing threads for death threats, and removing the offending posts while being vigilant in the future of removing them asap. I like this site, and would hate to see it interfered with by law enforcement.

Oh my god !!! SkepticOverlord is a libertarian, but he also has made posts of where he had hope for Obama in ways of small businesses and seen how the true system works. I would venture to say he is independent overall, with libertarian views...but more importantly...he is a critical thinker whom cannot be painted with one broad brush...pity there aren't more people with that stand frankly.

As far as posters being right wing fringe, well, plenty of them in the political forums...some paid, some simply brainwashed, some with solid points...but they are out of power, and people out of power will always see conspiracys and anger towards the government moreso than the party "fans" in power...so it makes sense that currently there are more right wingers on ATS.

To lay blame for this on ATS or any "conspiracy site" is simply lame. People will find other peoples opinions whether they are on the street, in bars, at work, on the TV or on the internet.

Are you suggesting that no one have any opinions other than what the government gives us? Are you saying that people who search for the truth aren't smart enough or stable enough to do the searching and then form their own opinions?

The OP looks like a troll to me and I have now finished feeding the trolls for today ;-)

In this thread (unless it was deleted) is someone saying that this is justified because "no one made those guys work for the pentagon".

Another person justifies it by saying, "don't diss the attempted murderer too much, he had some good ideas".
