Is this a false flag? A terrorist incident? Or are the people rising up to attack the government?

With all the threads on ATS recently about a revolution, it makes you wonder if some confused individual who is too easily persuaded snapped and decided to start a revolution of his own.

It makes you wonder, is this the first shot people on here have been begging for?
