What Germans/bankers did not achieve by military occupation, they will achieve by economic occupation. I'm going to do some IT work at Rhodos. I hope I'll leave Greece - not Germany - after job is finished.

I live in Greece and know the greek people very well.. They will never allow this to happen!
If they really go serious with that selling of Greek land to the NWO aka EU, I see a great molotov cocktail party ..errm.. war comming, and EU puppet Papandreou running for his life

If this happens, the Greeks only have themselves to blame. That's what happens when you have a population consisting mostly of self-centered, lazy, rude and materialistic people.

I am german, and there is something utterly ridicolous in the discussion that emerged after greece´s problems. Germany, France an the Uk are supposedly the the wealthy nations in the EU.

Well, the point is that Germany is almost broke as well. A lot of the smaller towns are allready unable to finance themselves plus some states are really struggling as well.

We as a country still have not managed to go through one fiscal year without getting further into debt. The party in charge allways talks about the need to cut back new debt to zero, but none of them have achieved that yet.

The population is getting older, and the people who are supposed to pay for those retired are getting fewer.

In 2010 and 2009 we had over 80 bilion Euros in new debt, which in return raises the amount of interest we have to pay which in return further reduces the money available for education, health care r&d etc.

I am really, really curious where we all will be in 10 years, heck lets say 5. If we (Germany) are supposed to be the rich ones, we are kneedeep in trouble.

In short: We do not have the money to get rid of our own problems, i do not see how we could help out other countries financially.

The whole global economy seems to have developed into a single great bubble. If greece gos bankrupt and maybe spain or ireland follow, well then we are in for a rough ride. Germany itself is not far away from financial breakdown either. it is just a matter of time.

what would happen if most countries in europe did go bankcrupt? if corfu is for sale, some billionare will buy th island if no the countries

If the rich countries are unable to curb their spending and end up going broke, the whole financial system we use will be completely changed.. It will barely resemble what we have now.

And just because large countries are seeing their deficits increase now doesn't mean they won't begin to decrease once a new pattern of Global economic growth emerges..
