Yeah. And if we lose, they've beat our meat. I wonder if they think we taste like beef, pork or poultry. Maybe lamb. And do they like the dry white meat, or the juicy-- nevermind. I really shouldn't even be going there. So many meat jokes; so little time.

i think what is being said here is that in the event ET discover our planet, who is to say that they wouldn't see us as too inferior to attempt communications. as we have never met another civilization we have no idea how advanced they may actually be. we may be considered something along the lines of how we view animals... just a thought.
