Anything we can do to destabilize our enemey or wishing for natural disasters in their
countries, that seems to be strategic for the united states

Haarp is really a weapon for plausible deniability. it really is a weapon with no finger
prints.

Wheather your steering a hurricane or causing a tsunami or whether you are causing an
earthquake, it's really difficult to point the finger at anybody, because it sounds so fairy
tale.

HAARP frequencies are used in the battlefield on a routine basis. They're called non
lethal weapons, they are used to irradiate sections of town or incapacitate the insurgents
or whoever it is they want to subdue, they will irradiate the area for about 30 to 40 minu
tes. it can cause uncontrollable diareah, tremendous anxiety, psychosis, sleeplessness,
blindness, it can be tuned almost to the point where you hear voices and you see
hallucinations.

A day or two before the earthquake they were having disaster drills and it's almost like
when we were having terrorism drills the morning of 9/11, the morning of july 11 in London.
Now we were having disaster drills a day before the earthquake.

there is no logic behind HAARP, humans in general aren't cruel torturous beings, i refuse to believe that HAARP causing all the crap that is happening, we learn from mistakes, plus, why destroy important natural resources? Hurricanes, Earthquakes, destroy much more than human lives and cities, they destroy resources, and i don't think were that dumb

Not only that, HAARP causes dandruff, and bad luck.

There is no way an upward facing antenna can focus energy into a town ???

HAARP beams massive radio frequency energy into the upper atmosphere, and the beam can be steered. The heating produced can disrupt the ionosphere and cause local weather changes.

It cannot cause earthquakes. You need scalar technology to do that.

Scalar technology exists, and it works, but that is something very different to HAARP.

First off, can you please post proof that HAARP can do these things. By proof I mean scientific articles in actual journals, not claims made by people who don't have an education in the proper field. Also, can someone tell me where Brooks Agnew got his doctorate from. I can find references to where he received his Associates, Bachelors, and even his Masters, but nowhere that mentions what university he received his PhD. from.

Weather is not produced within the ionosphere, which is the part of the atmosphere that HAARP deals with. Weather occurs in the troposphere.

Oh, for Pete's sake!

en.wikipedia.org...

Can ATS be turned back into a real conspiracy site, please?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tidbit from source:
Research
HAARP's main goal is basic science research of the uppermost portion of the atmosphere, known as the ionosphere. Essentially a transition between the atmosphere and the magnetosphere, the ionosphere is where the atmosphere is thin enough that the sun's x-rays and UV rays can reach it, but thick enough that there are still enough molecules present to absorb those rays. Consequently, the ionosphere consists of a rapid increase in density of free electrons, beginning at ~70 km, reaching a peak at ~300 km, and then falling off again as the atmosphere disappears entirely by ~1000 km. Various aspects of HAARP can study all of the main layers of the ionosphere.
The profile of the ionosphere, however, is highly variable, showing minute-to-minute changes, diurnal changes, seasonal changes, and year-to-year changes. This becomes particularly complicated near the Earth's poles, where a host of physical processes (like auroral lights) are unlocked by the fact that the alignment of the Earth's magnetic field is nearly vertical.
The guys running the planet are part of a club of Eugenicist.
They have power because they are tied into the drug cartels and porn rings. That's why they are essentially a mafia. A wealthy mafia that's infiltrated corporations, the medical community, the FDA, the white house, CIA every frickin institution of major societal influence.
Money is power to them and they have it. If anybody tries coming out with free-energy techologies that would make them not dependant on oil then they would squash them, because it would threaten the profits of the big oil elite who own big oil and are part of the Illuminati. They are so wealthy they can buy people off, fund the politicians they want in office, and assassinate anybody who gets in the way of their NWO plans most of the time.
These disgusting people have done underground experiments on children and adults kidnapped by their CIA , where they do SAW like experiments, and they've mastered how to break the human psyche. They know how to turn people nuts with torture techniques that they do in underground bases. . You don't think these people would be capable of it. They are a frickin mafia of secret societies. They keep it in the family. They are essentially deeply racist and eugenicist, and that's their big drive, to kill off the strains of people they see as unfit to live, decrease the population, then have control of who can live and die and control and curb resistance to the government they plan to set in it's place.
Keep researching, you'll get the big picture. These are the same people
who've orchestrated your wars. They don't give a .... about the people they kill. They will do what it takes to get their New World Order.
"It's not the votes that count,
it's who counts the votes."
-- Josef Stalin --
"We are not going to achieve a new world order without paying for it in blood as well as in words and money."
I never claimed the ionosphere has anything to do with the weather.
The ionospheric layers are very temperature sensitive, even solar radiation vastly changes high frequency radio propagation conditions between day and night, and during different seasons.
As an Amateur radio operator (full license), and an electronic engineer, I have had some experience with HF radio communications and the ionosphere.
Why should anyone trust you on the big picture? You open a thread to present a little picture and completely fail to provide any meaningful content apart from some link - and you refuse to answer the people who take up the challenge and want to see what makes you think that HAARP is a weapon.
Convince me of the little picture you started the thread with. If you'll manage that, nobody will mind your babbling on about the big picture. Such a rant after such an op doesn't really speak for the solidity of what you present.
An earth quake machine? Could be I guess. This could make a plot line for a new James Bond movie. An ET character has the on/off switch and the device is in space. It directs energy by some quantum effect using solar radiation and is not detectable as an EMP.
Of course there is an ET girl in this Bond episode and a hideous alien shopkeeper with tentacles.
Bond's mission would be to get the device away from the ET and exterminate with prejudice.
Once again can you please provide the university that Brooks Agnew received his PhD. at and in what field. I can find proof of him having a Masters in Statistics, but that hardly makes him an expert on something like HAARP.
The same Brooks Agnew who planned an expedition to the north pole to look for openings into the supposedly hollow Earth. Brooks Agnew apparently doesn't even know geography, otherwise the fact that the north pole is covered entirely by sea would have put an end to such pathetic, insane drivel.
human beings in general are selfish bathplugs as you will witness when the SALT hits the fan after a societal breakdown. we have barbarous behaviour currently in the many wars around the globe. irak, gaza and afghanistan come to mind. they are all illegal wars, if war can be categorized that way.
is white phosphorous not cruel?
humans not that dumb? then why scatter depleted uranium around the world knowing it will blow through the corridors of the perpetrators?
yes, there are many against this immorality, but not enough i'm afraid. and many others in an entertainment daze who unfortunately will awake too late.
Once again making wild claims while providing no evidence. I'm not even going to bother watching the video you embedded since the "Hollow Earth" is part of the title. We know for a fact the Earth is not hollow.
Furthermore there is no evidence that HAARP is a weapon or that it is even related to the portable sonic weapons our military has recently developed. I fail to see how ionosphere research has anything to do with deterring crowds and incapacitating people let alone what it has to do with plate tectonics and earthquakes that happened along known faultlines in nations that we have no reason to attack.
However I have seen a great many theories on the "terrible things HAARP can do" none of which offer any evidence whatsoever to support the claim. HAARP has been proposed as a:
Death Ray, Beam to shoot at hostile aliens, weather controller AND now an earthquake machine. It is whatever the conmen need it to be in order to make a buck on people's ignorance and gullibility.
The only evidence given is:
Don't trust the government.
Who knows what they're doing up there?
No one KNOWS for sure what it's capable of.
and of course the stuff that you posted, a list of things HAARP might be able to do, such as irradiating people (I don't this is even possible using sound waves, let alone ones shot up into the atmosphere from Alaska) and other nonsense.
I only wish.
ATS is full of reptillian crusaders with no science proof or cognitive abilitys to reason beyond the concepts created by spoof newspappers and you tube videos.
Be Well
Long live the real ATS!!!
I woke up at three in the morning to find HAARP at the end of my bed, he hit me over the head with a wrench and when I woke up my wallet was gone, my wife said she was leaving me while smoking a cigarette. I got up to go to work and the wheels off my car where gone and their was a turd on the drivers seat. Damn you HARRP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I remember the good old days when natural disasters just happened, and people picked themselves up afterwards and rebuilt.
These days, everything always has to be someone elses fault. Nothing is allowed to simply "be". Everyone has an angle on everything and everyone seems to want to blame something...
The Earth was around long before we were, and it was doing earthquakes, typhoons, hurricanes, tsunami's and lots of other stuff too, all by itself, and didn't require a microwave radio transmission and reciever unit that studies the ionosphere to do any of it.
