Cops & Judges Caught Using Secret Codes On Tickets

Alrighty, here we go again;
1)NO you can NOT drive at 65 thru a residential area. That 'safety' part does not apply only to you. That is ridiculous.
2)And of course, you are not a bureaurat in fact, only a rat supporter. And 'common sense' is not so common. I would contest, since you fail to see what is in plain sight around you, that you have a speck of sense.
3) Of COURSE there are 'laws out there'. It makes it APPEAR to be a legitimate operation. Same reason they sometimes prosecute govt bureaurats. Makes it appear they are trying. Gives them something to do. Otherwise, they would be sent packing, or have another Revolution on their hands. If/when the truth got out.
Read the post about 'fishing'. That is absolutely forbidden by the US constitution, and is committed every day by the fellow conspirators of that poster. The 'laws' are written so as to provide an excuse for any officer to pull anyone over. No other reason but to nullify the probable right clause.
4)No, absolutely not. People are written up all the time for legitimate reasons, for breaking sound law. But as someone who is NOT routinely breaking laws, I still get treated like I am. And most other people relate that as well. In the eyes of these bullys, it is Us vs. Them, and because we are not in their private 'gang', we are assumed to be enemies, and 'bad guys'. Unless we are vets, parents, church people, and others popularly seen as good, common citizens. If you don't fit into that mold, you are either screwed, or pretending you are one of those.
I get the idea that you are really a decent person, and I wish you were not so blinded as to not see these crimes going on all around you. Just stop 'assuming' all that nonsense you were raised to believe, and start observing. Think outside the box. Just watch. It will come to youl.

No cop is perfect...

A cop is a human performing God's job. No he will never get it all right, should he even have that job? Nope. If society would raise its children right Cops wouldn't even be needed.

Policing is simple form of molding. It MAKES FOR PREDICATABILITY. The more predictable something is the more you can control it. What everyone forgets is the more kids we let out of the house without a sense of morals... the more laws that will be created and broken and thus... we lose more rights the more we act out. Its an ever tightening neuce...

Cops arent creating the Neuce, your politicians are..... and you keep re-electing them.

Society is corrupt because humans created it. When we are ruled by something solid and respectable then things might change for the better... but until then. Accept your Smiley face on ur ticket... please

So it's not bad enough that cops can destroy your life by concocting false charges, planting evidence and shooting first and asking questions later. They also feel the need to send little coded love notes to their corrupt friends dressed in funny robes. How sweet!

OF COURSE people are afraid of cops.

I think in high school they should require all kids to get so many hours in criminal justice classes. Too many uneducated folks that rely too much on their TV's

this is ridicuous. No human ever complained to court that created an adversarial relationship. The ticket is nothing more than a reqest for donation to the state / count/city budget.
Officer x, you are the taxman that if jesus were in this time he would tip over your car!
Police are collection agents for the agency they are paid by.
Now in cases of true common law transgressions then thanks for you work.

A Ticket is a human creation to deter people from commiting the same human made offenses so to create order out of the chaos we live in. In the meantime it does pay for some taxes.

Take money from the Offenders to make other taxes cheaper for the people being offended.

I don't accept your statements. What may be an infraction and should be a fine to any person in your eyes. Does not meet my criteria for sacrifice of my limited time on this earth. My earnings equates a 100$ ticket to taking one day off of my life. I harm no person. No person has objected to my act. Yet I am issued a "ticket" on the basis that in some time a government has decided that anyone that , for example, doesn't make a full and complete stop at a stop sign will be penalized regardless of complaint of a human. BS

Sir, I respect the rights that I was born with more than those corrupt individuals that would sell those same rights for the purpose of continued profit wether it is the arbitrary fund raising of government by ordinances or the authority of the queen.

My place is to help keep douchbags from driving like idiots so the 50,000 people who were killed last year in auto accidents due to ahole drivers can hopefully be decreased.

My place is to pull over jerkoffs stupid enough to get behind the wheel drunk or high and cause approximatly 211,000 accidents a year. Which directly effects the above stat.

My place is to try and stop aholes from putting OTHERS at risk because they think they can drive like Dale Earnhardt and have NO common courtesy for someone elses safety behind a 3000lbs car.

My place is to note on my citation when some JA thinks its ok to not only violate law and put others at risk, but decides that he/she shouldn't have to take responsibilty for THEIR violations and think that they can act out like some 8 year old in the wal mart toy section because mommie won't buy them a toy.

There are 300 million people in this country and about 800,000 LEO's (from local to feds) and people actually think we are in a police state...

Out of those 300 million how many wake up everday and never have to worry about even seeing a cop, let alone deal with one, or get a ticket?

On ATS though I find it odd how a majority DO deal with cops (and for some on a regular basis) and say they get abused, harrassed, citations for no reason, blah blah blah....but its NEVER their fault or doing...damn pigs!

So tell me, who is to blame? Maybe you should look in the mirror and keep yourself from breaking the law. I mean it can't be that hard considering ABOUT 298 million other people do it EVERY SINGLE DAY and never once worry about cops.

Your asking a question NO ONE can answer with numbers. You have ANY idea how much stolen crap we find and return to owners? Its a lot. Dollar value, not a clue, but just think, if animals stopped stealing other peoples stuff you wouldn't have to be so concerned about the ratio would you?

I'll give you one example though. We recovered a stolen bobcat loader the other day. They are around $30,000 in value. So if you take the average citation in GA which is about $50, that means we wiped out 600 HURT tickets as you put it.

Really, think of it this way, if 1 in 100 are criminals or a bunch of out of control citizens, how many people should be LEO's?

1 in 100, 1 in 200?

Then, how many military should we have?

1 in 100, 1 in 50?

Then, how many politicians?

1 in 50, 1 in 30?

Then, how many administrators of the government?

1 in 10, 1 in 5?

Well hell, we might just as well have everyone work for the government. Because hell, they are so GOOD at actually seeing the true problems in society!

I still think we need about 1 in 3 being part of the social control system implemented in the US.

I know for a fact the system CANNOT be sustained. Socialism in its current form, in the US, CANNOT be sustained!

Many do not even realize that besides the 2 million people in prison, we have another 2-5 million people in the released prison system.

I am all for an overhaul...just figure out how to do it!!! I agree there are many things that don't need jail time, but there are many things that do. Its figuring out a way decide that has been the issue. Any ideas??

As for yout stolen property concern, I am guessing you think we as cops have ways of finding ALL stolen property? I mean your argument is we don't recover enough stolen stuff to offset the tickets we write. Do you have ANY idea how hard it is to get trace evidence at ANY crime scene...ESPECIALLY a burglary or entering auto, etc???? Obviously not.

Oh and we MIGHT do a better job if jerkoffs out there didn't kill each other or beat each other for "snitching". Yeah lets NOT help the cops help our friends and neighbors, lets keep our mouths shut so we look cool to a bunch of losers....bright idea!!!
