NSA Helped With Windows 7 Development
This does not surprise me in the least, knowing this:
NSA Backdoor In
Windows
I downloaded Windows 7 Ultimate from a torrent site a few months ago, and installed it to a spare HD I had. All I saw was a slightly stripped down
version of Vista, and it is still a memory hog. I got a bad feeling from just playing with it, I installed
Avira Anti
Virus and upon a reboot I started getting a great deal of Trojan alerts. Half way through updating I shut it down and haven't installed it
since. A customer a few days ago asked me if I had a copy, I told him no. Talked him into Windows Vista Black Edition. I kinda like that one, really
fast and a fair stock firewall. RegCleaner (registry cleaner, un-install scripts)works on it, as does Optimizer XP, a virtual memory optimizer. You
can download the torrent, just look for it.

Ok this is sooooo weird.
At about 6:00 PM, I just finished wiping Windows 7 from my main laptop in favour of a linux based OS as well as wiping XP from my net book for the
same linux distro. Thread was posted at 6:15...strange.
Not sure I like the NSA being involved with the development of Windows 7. Just makes it easier for them to tap into your personal stuff when your in
cahoots with Bill Gates, the almighty thief.
Hey, I'm with you, stopped using Windows software over 10 years ago. I repair them, so I see a lot of Windows here, but my trusty custom built
computer runs Fedora 12. Totally fast and stable, but not for the new Linux user. Ubuntu or one of it's many derivatives like Mepis and Mint is a lot
better for them, works "out of the box."

One could go to linux, but then 90% of software will no longer work.
90% of what software? Are you telling me you are stuck with Windows because your Windows games won't work? Lots of game online, you don't have to
buy them either, play for free. Linux has over 150 games available for most all Linux platforms. Linux is faster, more stable, (no fatal blue screen)
safer, (virus free) boots much faster, My Linux PC boots in 22 seconds, how's yours?)
