After researching a little and being exposed to different perspectives through awesome games such as Deus Ex and Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, I am convinced that something other than the Illuminati (or anything related to it) is behind the New World Order.

I see it this way. If the Illuminati is against the whole Judeo/Christian ideology, then the Zionist conspiracy makes no sense. Why would the Illuminati help the same people it seeks to destroy? Unless things are more complicated than it seems, it looks to be that way. Also, ruling in the kind of secrecy the Illuminati works with would totally screw things over. The fact that we know the Illuminati, Freemasons, and Masons exist makes them totally ineffective. Which means that somebody else is behind it, somebody we don't know about.

That's not to say the Illuminati and co. are dead. In fact, I think they are more active than ever. I think America and the world's power and financial elite are part of the Illuminati and it's cohorts. But the guys who influence actual politics are someone else. Like in Metal Gear Solid 2, the real power behind the country are the Patriots. President Bush is a puppet of the Patriots. While the Patriots and Illuminati are at odds with each other, the Illuminati, having been in so much control throughout history, and being capable of so many mysterious and potentially terrible things, are basically holding the Patriots to a certain point by actually helping them (the Illuminati are the "special interest" groups). The Patriots conduct politics and the military, the Illuminati manages finances, religion, science/technology, all the most important parts that make human civilization go. But utlimately, the Patriots make the calls, but the Illuminati is the source. They discuss it in private meetings and then conduct strange and freaky rituals wearing scary clothing then have orgies. But they are ever aware of potential chances to take power, should the Patriots ever blink.

What do you all think? I am almost 100% sure something else is behind the New World Order and that the Illuminati control certain aspects of it but are mostly waiting for a chance to take power.

UN facts are BS serving rich economies and Elite of the world, by sharing resources with economies of poorer countries and research of energy sources that are less harmful for environment Earth could provide quality life for everyone.

Real truth is richer countries want poor people that live on dollar a day to die.
Why? Because sharing resources with poor would undermine standard of living of western world, and once they get on their feet they would start pumping money out from US and Europe.
Look at China, it has already caused massive trade deficit of US slowing its economy.
Besides, population growth rate has slowed down more than ever, and it is projected that by 2030 population growth rate will be around zero percent.

So who is behind the NWO? Illuminati? Because the New World Religion Order beliefs are very similar to those of the Freemasons and Illuminati.

I still believe something other than the Illuminati is behind the New World Order for various reasons.

I tend to agree with those who see the hidden powers as purely evil, but I don't believe that pure evil is their actual intention. I see no reason to think their motivations are anything but human - which means I think it is ALWAYS ALL ABOUT MONEY.

We say power is a goal, but power is usually a means to end. Generally that end involves money. This is a giant monopoly game, played for the whole planet. To own everything, or at least to be able to extract a percentage from everyone like a planetary feudal lord (and like "income" tax) is the goal.

Even the population issue is about money. Nobody gives a damn if China, for instance, is overpopulated. It's none of our business anyway. Here at home, you need only drive thirty minutes from most city limits to see plenty of empty space. There is no population problem per se. However there IS a demographic problem that involve the potential loss of trillions of dollars. This is the imminent retirement of the Baby Boomers, whose major impact on society and infrastructure started the negative population growth campaign in the first place. It worked pretty well. There are now not enough workers to support their retirement.

Remember, it's all about money. To replace the Baby Boomers, 20 million Mexicans must be shipped in and made into taxpayers. To reduce the 30-50 billion dollars a month the Baby Boomers will suck out of government welfare and private retirement systems, as many as possible must be killed before they can collect. And soon. In some way that appears "natural" of course.

It's all about money.

Good point. Kind of like what I said in my thread "What IS the United States of America?" on the Political Mud Pit. I pointed out that America is sort of the essence of human nature, that the whole republic/capitalist system is geared toward the idea of Social Darwinism and that America is all about letting you do whatever the hell you want at any price and at any number of skeletons so to speak.

Same with the New World Order. I think the days of "evil plots to dominate the world" died with Adolf Hitler. Now, it's just a situation of watching your own @$$ in a chaotic world you can't control. So you are right, it is about money. If they could control the world completely, they wouldn't need money.

As it was said, there's been many topics on that already, in that same section.

Personnaly, I think the Bilderbergs just have to be a part of the big picture. Also, the UN is a tool in the hand of those who wish to install (or should I say further?) a new world order.

The prime land in the USA, including Manhattan, is owned by the Vatican. The Vatican, in turn is controlled by the JESUITS, a society which is controlled by the SONS of PRIOR. The list goes on and on. Although money is a major attraction for the folk, their main agenga is global control and the Illuminati is the main controller.

I agree it IS all about money.

One thing I do ponder over is that there's always the question in my mind "How CAN it just be about money?"

What can be gained by those that are already obscenely rich by getting even more rich? Do you think it's just that simple, that they crave as much money and power as possible, or is there something else at play?

It just seems a lot hard work just for money, and I like I said these people at the 'top' are already rich beyond most regular folks' comprehension, it just makes me think that financial power is a gateway to something else they are trying to achieve.

Whether that's kudos from their peers, or something else - money just seems like the curtain, behind which lies the real reason.
