Well, I sent an email to the author of the article, asking if there were any further details. If I get a response, I will let yall know. I am
particularly interested in seeing a copy of the actual leaflet.

When my daughter was 17,she was a victim of date rape.
I wanted to file charges against the guy until I discovered
something. My daughter had worn one of my teddies under
her clothes. She teased the guy and got what she asked for.
I knew if I had filed charges and his attorney found out how she
was dressed,it would be thrown out.The only thing I could do
was to take her to the health clinic. They examined her and ran
tests to check for diseases and pregnancy.
My daughter started to cut herself with razor blades after that.
I took her to a therapist and she did get over this.If we had filed
charges and had a hearing,it would have been far worse for her.
A defense lawyer would have ripped her apart. She would have
been subjected to humility at school. So, we let it drop.
How you dress can determine how you are treated.

I did forget to mention that she was still seeing
him after this incident.I didn't find out until about
a week or two later.
