Sometime after the end of June, 2 or 3 CA cities will be hit by anthrax. I would think 3 - 2 for Nancy, 1 for Diane.

5 US cities are to be hit by Obama (do I really think that Israel or India, angered by the US control of the oil & heroin out of Afghanistan decided to use the US's own anthrax against them? - NO). I believe that Obama is angry that we are not just rolling over for HIM. He still needs Nancy (for whatever reason) so taking out one or two of her cities should get her re-elected. He can also pour money into CA and SAVE the state!! He will be the savior of California along with Nancy & Diane!! Who would believe they were behind it? I don't know. Who else can get US military grade anthrax?

The death of a drug user in Germany has been linked to the anthrax outbreak that has killed nine heroin users in Scotland.

Tests by the Health Protection Agency and German scientists show the strain of the infection is indistinguishable from cases in Scotland.

The results suggest the anthrax contamination in both countries could come from a common source.

In Scotland there have been 19 confirmed cases of anthrax infection.

At least until the bad heroin is gotten rid of and the good stuff is back in the pipeline making US more money.

Actually I believe the anthrax was for another purpose but other groups worried about the Afghan pipeline (drugs & oil) do not like the US control there. So back to the USA comes our anthrax to damage America instead of where it was supposed to be used. No, No No - it was all Obama's idea!

It is about the vaccines. The H1N1 vaccine was mode1ed after the anthrax vaccine (remember Gulf war syndrome?). US stupid sheeple didn't take the H1N1 so now we will have to take the anthrax vaccine.

Deepest flaw in your logic: if he gave it to the Taliban, it's theirs to use. He can tell them where to use it, but then he would've given it to someone else and blamed the taliban, without getting involved with them.

The reason it wasn't clear is because you weren't clearly asking people to place bets on where they thought it would turn up -- you were stating your bets as actual fact rather than your expectation.

First and foremost anthrax infection is caused by a bacteria, that does exist in nature. Some theorists now believe that it was partially responsible for the Black Death, but this is hotly disputed because a majority of scientists still believe it was caused by bubonic plague. On top of this people do die of naturally existing anthrax infection, this story from two deaths in the Philippines was just posted today:

It is possible that the anthrax bacteria on the heroin was natural, weirder things have happened. Your conspiracy reminds me of the paranoia last fall that someone was going to detonate a nuclear bomb, turns out it didn't happen.

I'm pretty sure I follow your timeline here but, I'm still very confused by why you believe these things are going to happen.

If it is about the vaccinations for H1N1, they have nothing whatsoever to do with vaccinations for anthrax bacteria. H1N1 is a virus, the vaccination used was based on how normal flu virus vaccinations are made. The vaccination for anthrax is a totally different thing, it's not a one time shot like the H1N1 was, it requires several shots and a yearly booster in order to be fully effective. On top of this, your link between the anthrax vaccination and Gulf War Syndrome is faulty.

Only 41% of United States military forces in the war were vaccinated for anthrax, (full scale military vaccination did not happen until 1998.) Persons not vaccinated have GWS and people who were do not, instead the current theory that seems to have the most weight behind it is that the syndrome is related to the destruction of Saddam's chemical weapons or pyridostigmine bromide, which was used as a nerve gas antidote. Also on top of this, the current and past US soldiers that have been vaccinated for anthrax since 1998 have not developed the symptoms of GWS.
