Or at least your name anyway. JPL is allowing the general public to enter their name to be embedded in a microchip on the Mars Science Laboratory rover heading to Mars in 2011. I ran across this on the NASA page and thought some of you might be interested.

Yeah people, go for it!!!!! Give your names to NASA and probably in 2011 you will be in some underground base, being used as guinea pigs by greys, reptilians and US military. And you just won't have ANY right to complain about, 'cos YOU gave them your names.

Now that would be an interesting turn of events wouldn't it? lol However, I highly doubt that would happen. I'm pretty sure you are being sarcastic though in your post; I sure hope so.

I seriously doubt they need your permission. A little paranoid are we?

I don't know what you were expecting. Sorry for the let down.

You will now live in infamy. I just hope they don't send us a bill.

Well, I went ahead and entered a name, Barack Obama.

No, just kidding, but I wish, and I wish it were a one-way trip, instead of a name.

Now, if a black or white van shows up, I will know it was your fault, timewalker.

Kidding, again, I actually know quite a few people who work for N.A.S.A.

haha. When I first saw the entry on NASA, for a moment the conspiracy bug in me thought the same thing, but then I thought, what the hell, why not? I might be a good example of what not to do as a human for experimental purposes.
