Occam´s Razor would suggest that it was skywrited, a joke from someone, possibly a teenager.

They look kinda cool, though, the form of the smoke resembles a humanoid being.

I know this sounds stupid and I could look it up but what is a contrail except exhaust from a jet and why is it so fascinating?

Thanks for posting those interesting pictures, albeit I don't think this material belongs in the "Aliens & UFOs" forum.

It might only be natural cloud formations, rather than sky-writing if the altitude oriented commentary in the article is correct (inserted below).

The high altitude idea could also be supported by the fact the pattern is recorded as not moving & also having the same appearance by observers that were a considerable distance from each other.

More observations: What is each of the above phenomenon was reflected in Tampere on Thursday?

Don't you recognize wacky flailing arm inflatable tube man's cousin, ghostly wacky flailing arm inflatable tube man when you see him?

Well, it looks like skywriting but what could it possibly be? lol the one pic of it on top of the building is great. It's giant cloud man.

Perhaps someone was having a flying lesson, or maybe a failed firework?
