Non Lethal Weapons

Hi,

I'm new here, so I may talk about older topics, but I can shed new light on these things, so please bear with me.

I am looking forward to finding new ways of stopping people without killing them.

It may be used for everyday Police work or Military Forces invading an enemy country.

They tried to use Non-Lethal force in Moscow Russia at an Opera House by using Phentanyl, a narcotic gas to make the terrorists unconcious.

It did not work sucessfully cause it killed about 200 innocent people in the Theater.

Now they have to go back to the drawing board with Human trials.

Another thing is the ADS or Active Denial System which uses concentrated Radio Waves to inflict great pain from a short distance harmlessly.

There may also be Electric Bullits to stun people without killing them.

I am hoping that they will find a kinder and gentler and better way of dealing with conflicts.
