No member center tab

Hey all. I have been a member(though not a very active one) for a while. I have tried to set up an avatar before with no luck. Watched the tutorial and I have no member center tab on the top of my screen. I have the member tools tab but does not recognize my name or password. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Wow that was fast,thanks. Most headings say no permission under that tab.

Decided today was the day I would have an avatar. Requested help from the staff and thankfully got it from Jbird. My old password would get me on the board but nowhere else. Changed password and all is good. Thanks to all but especially to Jbird
