Hi, I'm an American. My country prides itself on its capitalism.

Ever been to Compton? South Detroit? hey, how about this one; Ever gone by the Lakota reservation, town of Rosebud? I tell you what man, take a drive through the roads between Mobile, AL and Bilouxi, MI. Or hey. How about Utah? The entire state. Red-blooded, conservative, tax-hating Americans out there. Ever been to Utah? Utah too Mormon for you? Try Alaska. ever been to Alaska? I used to live there, lots of proud red-blooded government-hating capitalists up there... living in shacks.

Hi, I'm an American. 40 million of my fellows are basically told "too bad, walk it off" if they discover a festering tumor under their tit. I'm an America, a member of the capitalist society that has the highest infant mortality rate in the "western World". I'm an American, where the top 1% could feed the entire bottom 30% and still never lose a 0 from their bank account numbers, and yet the 30% still hunger.

I'm an American, and I live the American dream. I dream that someday I will manage to "get rich" and be part of that top 1% stepping over the 30%. because that's what my great country is all about; We're capitalists, after all.

Capitalism is a system whereby the many are impoverished for the wealth of a few. At its most basic it's a ponzi scheme, with many many people paying directly into the bank accounts of a very, very few, and never seeing a return for their work and investment.

You could do well to educate yourself about the diverse economic systems; the depth of your knowledge of even your favored one seems to be limited to "it's the best because I like it because it's the best because someone told me so!"

Why can't you people understand both socialism and capitalism have corruption in them.Socialism is a far more serious danger and a threat for facism to grow in the government level and for a dictatorship to take over and possibly just start killing everyone who opposes them. Why because they will have the power to do so by declaring crazy lunatic radical laws and declaring they must obey anything they are told or they will be marched to death camps and prison. This stuff goes on in North Korea,Went on In Germany under Hitler.Soviet Union under Stalin,China under Mao Zetong. They simply kill you if you do not fit their version of a good citizen, dispicaple hatred and bigotry.Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez both believe in Socialized dictatorship. So far they never became like Hitler. This danger exist in any country that tries to oppose other views with the government becoming to powerful.

So which Communist country would you like to live in.
Or do you live in one?

"The plot behind socialism is inputted in the "Protocols of the Wise-man of Zion", as one of the steps to set up the NWO. "

Given that the Protocols of the elders of Zionhas been exposed as a fake umpteen times it therefore follows that we can rtest easyin our beds as if step one is a fake then all the other stages inthe run up to the NWO are ineffective.

Where on earth did you get your definition of Socialism from?

Well America is still living off the effects of Mr. Bush and his economic policies. We wont feel any pain from Obama for another year or so. Not to mention he can't get anything passed through congress so can't blame it on things that don't happen.

For all intense and purpose this economy is a Republican economy.

This economy is a democrat economy and started in 2006 when we elected a majority of democrats into office. Their policies caused the demise of industry which cause loss of jobs, loss of homes and the banks to fail. Obama has pick up the ball given to him by his fellow democrats who dropped the economic ball. Obama's policies are so bad that many in his own party are not sure about voting for them. The democrats own Washington and they can't get their own stuff out? That sure says a lot about them.

Name one bill passed through congress and signed by a president that cause the effects you mention?

That is right. none.

Well i live in Sweden for most of time...and yes we have room for those people, but instead we have to make room and money to take care of all the refugees whom are the product, of all your oilwars around the planet...but ofcourse this isn't the point, the point is if you are going to call your self a democratic nation, you must take care of all of your citizens..rich and poor..sick or healthy..stupid or smart..greedy or generous...and if you are not you are no better than the communist states...and you can title your nation a greedy fascist third-country..where you seems to fit right in...

Are you Sweedish by birth or just an immigrant living there?
I am American by birth. And if you can prove to me that more of your tax dollars went to developing nations than mine has, we might have something to talk about.

Well im an genuine swede since many generations...and we have a big difference from you, we don´t measure success or great personality with money, we have other values and maby thats why we Scandinavians feel that we are better than the americans...i have one thinking nut for you... if you took better care of your less lucky citizens, so that they did not have to become criminals, you help them back in track so they maby can start a new company and maby even hire some people...then you have less crimes on the streets and your policeforce was smaller and cheaper, you didnt have to had so many prisons, which save you even more money...this my friend is Scandinavian logic...

There are plenty of Americans that hate America and do whatever it takes to take it down by electing idots to represent them. America is only as good as its leaders and Americans have voted in a bunch of goofball socialists since 2006. Socialism is not a good system when it trashes the golden goose of capitalism.

The “tax dollars sent overseas” presumably as aid is a fallacious argument because most of it is spent to buy influence with certain governments. During the cold war it was used to build various bulwarks against communism and is still to this day against American competitors like china. Did you honestly believe that it was a coincidence that the same countries like also had significant trading relationships supplying raw and semi processed materials to America?

I do not believe that americans actually hate america. They pay their taxes and reserve the right to be critical of the state that they live in. It is the downside of any democracy.

I have no problems with Swedish folks. I know little about them and their ideologies. Americans say that in a nut shell it is like this.
How many illegal aliens assail your tax system per capita.
Does it even come close to America's? Bigger question. Do they assimilate?

I am assuming Sweden is socialistic. Correct me if I am wrong.
If it is not a measure of money what is it?
Do you identify with these folks?

Communist Party (Sweden)

The Communist Party (Kommunistiska Partiet) is a Marxist-Leninist political party in Sweden.

The leftist impulse has been to re-distribute wealth, but this gesture is incapable of finding a higher value than that wealth. The conservative approach has been to attempt "Social Darwinism" which rewards those who are most morally correct and possess heightened business acumen, but because this morality and wealth potential are represented through external behaviors, has no room for the growth of souls or character. We are living in an illusion that denies both inner world (personality, soul) and outer (natural, physical) worlds, thus we are intraverted: between our bodies and our personalities we are trapped in a false social representation of self that leaves us alienated to a greater degree.

Our civilization has outgrown meaning in favor of symbols of meaning, much as we pursue money not as a means to an end but as an end in itself, since we no longer trust each other to have inner selves that direct us toward behavior that enhances life. We have picked a more comfortable world in the tangible, but have in trade given up the one thing that can make us feel our lives are a worthwhile trade for the inevitability of death: meaning in self-refinement and non-material accomplishment. When we plot this curve, we see a greater intraversion coupled with greater distrust and isolation, and at its end point is a dissolution of all impulse to civilization whatsoever.

Interesting. We all, it seem, are able to call it something or label it.
Unfortunately we seldom have solutions.
Do you have any to go with this psychology?
Is socialism destroying anything?
thanks Donny

Yes and what about the american socialist worker's party. There is also An American Communist party. None of them have made america Socialst. All that we have seen is the slightest hint of a possible leftward shift on things lke health benefits and the hysterical braying has begun.

I hear talk about the individual but most individuals do not own the means of production there are only camp followers of capitalism.

So you have a few $K dollars saved up and a few sharesif you loose your job or your "mom and pop" store how long can you survive without another job 1month? 1 Year?

What happens after that?

T

PS how do you account for the disapearance of the mom and pop store? Communism?
