Hi all and welcome. If I could I would like to give one word of advice to everyone new. Whe I first came here, I thought that in order to be taken seriously You had to be up in stature (Have a lot of stars) and be member or above. I was WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Post your ideas. Seniority doesn't mean that someone knows more. It seems to me that everyone's ideas and oppinions are important here. Just a heads up, so that you don't get more concerned with how many stars instead of how relevant your posts are.
