I brought it up because I had a bad experience with revealing a personal conversation on another website a few years back. I got quite a rebuke for blabbing details without first checking with the person in question to see if it was okay with them to place his words on an internet forum. He was justified in doing so. I was totally wrong for not considering him before I posted my piece. I've been very diligent in acquiring consent before I post since then. Hope both he and the beureau are okay with your thread.
A quick, besides the topic, anecdote:
I frequented a different chat board many years ago. It was not devoted to conspiracies, etc., just a place for people to talk and argue about this and that. I posted under a different nickname and my posts, by and large, were of a humorous and silly nature. Long story short, thru various internet contacts I came into corresponadance with a couple of Park Rangers who worked in Colorado. During one of our chats they actually brought up the site I mentioned earlier and then went on to say how much they enjoyed the posts by my nickname! We all had a good laugh when I revealed that I was the author of those twisted threads. Turns out that the internet is a small place afterall!

That's why I keep coming back! You just need to try to filter out a lot of the non-sense. There is a lot of it, but sometimes there is some amazing information/threads that get posted here.

Why wouldn't they? Anyone with a computer and an internet connection can visit this site.

That in turn will get others who MAY know more to state their claim, and so on, which COULD break open and give the absolute truth. It could be that whistleblower thing that just makes the walls come crashing down. OR, it could be something stupid, commented on by really weird individuals, and other then for entertainment, no one cares.
That's why I keep coming back! You just need to try to filter out a lot of the non-sense. There is a lot of it, but sometimes there is some amazing information/threads that get posted here.

Oh it gets better.
We ended up committing this guy.
On his discharge he ended up moving into a Residentual Supported Accomodation place.
On helping him move his stuff from his flat into this new place he had piles - and I mean PILES like a metre or so high - of files/folders he had created over the years.
His core belief was that high-powered influential members of society - such as Royals, famous 'Business people', Presidents, Prime Ministers etc etc - we either Reptilians or had been replaced by Reptilians.
He had created numerous detailed dossiers on many such individuals - with newspaper and magazine articles, photos he'd gathered, details of their movements etc etc.
He had also gathered numerous photos of real Reptiles (not Aliena, as in real animal Reptiles) and had compared how Reptiles/Lizards etc move, how they sit on rocks, the way they tilt their heads, how they gaze, how their mouth moves etc and alongside these Reptile pictures were pictures of these Royals, Presidents etc...with the same look, the same way of tilting the head, the same mouth movement etc.
Was incredibly detailed to be honest...essentially lots of pictures of the Queen for instance, and right next to each one on the page were corresponding pictures of Reptiles/Lizards exhibiting similar mannerisms.
Must have taken the guy years to amass such 'evidence'.
Not surprisingly he was considered extremely paranoid/delusional/psychotic/obsessed etc...
...yet in the back of my mind I was thinking "Damn! This guy needs to sign up to ATS and post up all these pics and info he's gathered/researched over the years! Would make one HELL of a killer thread!!!!"
...I mean...heck...who's to say he wasn't on to something...would have been a very interesting read at least...
