Elton: Jesus was a gay Lord

Undo, although I cannot claim that I existed at the time to personally confirm or deny the character of Horus, all available information indicate that the topic is indeed Egyptian mythology. But for the sake of this topic, the important matter is not if Horus was mythical or not, but rather the credibility of the character to which the debate is about. To determine if the Jesus character was a homosexual, I feel it is best to research the earliest original character of which Jesus is a copy of. The best way to find answers is to get to the root of everything. The real question then should be not if Jesus is a homosexual, but was Horus one.

Christian religions downplayed any associations between Jesus and women because the church leaders of that time thought that Jesus's cred or association with divinity would be diminished if it was revealed he had associations with women. He was a man of God, not a man of the women, the church would decide, so they washed the church of women and rebranded Jesus in their own image, in their own design.

This is the reason why women aren't allowed to be priests or that Catholic priests aren't allowed to be married. Jesus wasn't gay, he was probably married and according to rumor, had at least one child, but the church wanted Jesus to be divine, viriginal, untouched.

The church was very different when Jesus was alive, it all changed after he died.

Jesus was certainly not gay. He was married to Mary Magdalene, had children, survived the crucifixion, and lived into his 40s or later.


I do not have any problem with anyones sexuality, I don't care if people are gay, lesbian, strict onanists, heterosexual, bisexual, non-sexual, masochistic, bestial, or any other perversion you can think of that is totally consensual..

I just do NOT want them to tell me about it..advertise it...or be in my face about it. It is a personal private thing. The gays would have a LOT fewer problems with everyone if they would just shut up and live their private life like everyone else does and quit with the "I'm gay and I want the world to know it".

Well, Sir John, the fact is that compassion is not a trait reserved solely for gay men, and that a lot of gay men are not compassionate at all. Many of them are haters.

The sexual apparatus placed on the outside of your body does not always correspond or match up to the inner nature you display.

Well if Elton thinks Jesus was a gay lord, I’d say its a good possibility Jesus was a gay lord.

I mean the guys who had him crucified really didn’t like him maybe it was the tipping point ".... and he's GAY!"

But that’s right Jesus was for love, forgiveness and understanding so i guess he would willingly except gay people. It makes sense in Spock logic.

If JeZeus was gay that is nothing to be ashamed of but it appears he had a liking for boys. According to Mark 14:51-52 there was a young naked man with Jesus at the time of his arrest.

Since we have no clear record of that Jesus person, we don't know if he even existed. Pretty sure there was someone called Jesus at some point though, it's a common name. And yeah, he might have been gay...or not. Who cares?

There was no modern word that would equate to what we to-day call 'gay/homosexual' in the convoluted textual mess called the Old Testament. Certainly 'fornication' has nothing to do with gay-ness (specifically) in any old testament texts

There are in fact several technical words in the Hebrew which have to do with homosexual cult rituals (e.g. the term for 'confusion' to refer to what is called transvestitism / cross dressing ('a male may not wear a woman's robes, neither shall a female put on the garments of a male, it is confusion' as it says in 'Leveticus')

But outside the reference to 1 Samuel 20:30 where Saul the King berates his nancy boy Jonathan for being sissified, these terms generally have nothing to do with gay male-on-male 'homosexual-love' acts that we know about today - but in the ancient middle east, were almost always in some way connected with homosexual ritual-temple-cultic preactices - especially to the non Yahwistic (non-YHWH) 'Canaanite' sacred male prostitutes in the temples 'on the high places' who ritually-dressed as women--and who were (significantly !) called 'holy ones' (Heb. BEFORE the Exile (i.e before 587 BCE) we see lots of evidence that the Israelites & Judaeans worshipped not only YHWH but placed him alongside other Canaanite clan gods (e.g. 'This Road is Sacred to YHWH and his Wife Asherah and his son Ba'al') where you see little YHWH Only language. See: I Kings 11:4-12.

One of the things that David's son Jedediah-Solomon did was to build 'shrines for the Qodeshim' which is sometimes mis-translated 'sodomites' or 'dogs' (Deut. 23:18) as a way to get around the fact that they were sacred male prostitutes who took the woman's sexual position on the fertility altars of the various goddesses (e.g. Asherah, or Astarte, Isis etal.) but the would be 'ritually' dressed as women.

This is quite different from what we today call 'cross-dressing' / transvestitism (the majority of 'transvestites' in the world are actuall hetero-sexual and not gay, and who simply get a sexual satisfaction from the look smell and feel of female clothing next to their own skin) and today few gay men would consider themselves qedeshim ('ritually sacred whores') outside of a few bars in San Francisco (who might argue with me about that one !)

Now tell me, Pumpkin, honestly: did you know before you read this that sacred male homosexual prostitution even existed in pre-Exilic Eretz Yisro'el? Or did you think that prohibitions against 'males lying with males as with women' was secular and not some form of Cannanite non-Yahweh 'ritual abomination' (i.e. Heb. Toq'ebah' = detestible ritual object or act)?
