At what is it travelling?

Could it hit us?

Will it's size degrade to nearly nothing by the time it gets close to us?

and best of all.....Can we blow it up?

If something was really going to kill us I doubt NASA would tell us. But the shocking thing is that if we just discovered this, and it's quite some distance from us, imagine what might be lurking a little closer to home.
