Intentional doesn't = terrorism.

Yeah, everybody knows it's only terrorism when an Arab does it.

A Muslim could mug a woman on the street and they would call that "terrorism."

I can't find any news about the pilot setting fire to his own house prior to taking off. Does anyone have a link?

www.cnn.com...

"12:42 p.m.: The pilot of the plane had set his house on fire beforehand, stole the plane and crashed it intentionally, a federal official told CNN. "

I want to know what was in that building.

This is something I was waiting for, having thought about it last night, wondering if all planes can just fly through steel like a ghost. Thanks for the post!

Did anyone else catch the witness on CNN say this seems like a lot of damage compared to the other one yesterday.

Pilot interview on CNN is saying this is more damage than fuel alone could cause.

So it looks like this guy had a beef with the IRS. Maybe he owed tons of back taxes and they were threatening to take his house.

The guys loses it and burns his house down. He figures that if the IRS is going to take his house then they can come get a pile of ashes. He then proceeds to steal a plane and fly it into the closest IRS office building as revenge for ruining his life.

That's how I think it will end up being reported.

No, that is you simply being racist.

Terrorism is a tactic used to further a political or religious message.

Whomever "they" are, are incorrect in the mugging senario you made, unless the mugger was also screaming death to israel or some such while doing it, then its debatable.

but the requrement for terrorism is to further one or the others message through means of terror. Stop being racist.

CNN- experts are confused over the amount of damage caused by the crash and why the building is still burning.

Looks like the plane may have been loaded with something else. I am going to guess fertilizer and fuel oil.

Didn't McVeigh target a federal building, that included the IRS on one of the floors?

If this is the case, then this is an epic failure in airport security. not only was the plane stolen...but they guy MAY have loaded it with explosives

why did the plane have to have something extra in it to cause the damage? the building is named Echelon......

How convenient that the media had some story about a young child going around "stealing planes" and now this guy steals a plane?

I mean, it's got to be pretty hard to steal a plane, but then again, some mysterious kid did it, so I guess a disgruntled tea partier can do it as well? Is this the logic they want us to believe?
