all CNN is saying is that a house is burning in Austin, not that he did it. I wonder if it was a bank owned house.

Also, CNN is saying they were not flying a flight path, but Fox news is saying they are, which is what would make it seem like an accident.

and CNN just cut off when they were about to talk about the house fire!!! WTF! anyone else catch that?

update: CNN confirms he set his house on fire and then stole the building, and flew into the building according to a federal official.

Yes, I heard that too. I also wondered if the person got the wrong building.

They say this building may have also had government offices in it though, but wouldn't say what. I wonder what was in the bldg that they're keeping quiet about.

No one said it definitely wasn't a terrorist attack. Here is the exact quote I got off of CNN

"At this time we have no reason to believe there is a nexus to criminal or terrorist activity," said Matt Chandler, spokesman for the Department of Homeland Security. "We are in the process of coordinating with state officials and other federal partners to gather more information and at this time we will defer additional questions to local officials and the FAA."

What do you want him to say? He said the right thing....RIGHT NOW there is no reason to believe it is terrorist activity...RIGHT NOW there is no reason to believe ANYTHING.

Let's just all wait and get the details instead of immediately cry CONSPIRACY.

MSNBC just had a report from an eye witness who is also a private pilot and said it was unquestionably a Cherokee 140 and that it was going about as fast as those 140s go.

FOX7 are reporting the area is now being declared a "crime scene"

Fears raise that it is an attack on the IRS or CIA.

cnn is reporting that this guy set hes house on fire and stole this plane and crashed it. IMHO he was after the irs.

This is total spec. on my part but it sounds right.
