Ehhh... let's talk relative risk, here.

The cancer risk is pretty small (how many guys in the porn industry die from genital cancer? (a serious question, really, since condom use is mandated after a number of actors developed AIDS or HIV))

The risk of an unwanted pregnancy, death of the woman (complications from pregnancy), abortion, etc, etc, are MUCH (much!) higher than the risk (if any) of cancer.

You might get cancer if you never took it off. But then, you would deserve it.
