I thought that was strange to.
The story seems to originate from the
National Independent Consumers and Farmers Association so maybe he's a member
of that organization and contacted one of their lawyers.
Edit to add: With all of the govt intrution going on nowadays, it might not be a bad idea for everyone in the US to keep a lawyers phone number handy
for when they decide to kick in YOUR door.
