I have been a Douglas Adams fan ever since I first read the hitchhiker trilogy and saw the cheesy BBC production.

I listened to Mr. Adams read the trilogy and it occurred to me that Douglas Adams plays language like Jeff Beck plays the guitar. Total mastery. Sometimes nuanced, sometimes subtle as a train wreck.

When I heard he died, it was almost like losing a member of the family. He was even a left-handed guitar player, like me.

I know about all the books, including Dirk Gently. Is there anything else to look for?
He was really into Macs but every great man has his flaws

Did you watch this?

It's long, but worth every second.

Douglas Adams is one of my favourite humans, ever!

I loved Douglas Adams.
The only issue I had with him, was he ran out of steam towards the end f Hitchhiker's Guide.

He rates up there with Terry Pratchett to me.
