The U.S. Air Force , CIA and the Department of Energy run Area 51.
Lockheed Martin builds the aircraft and CIA personnel fly them.

But who runs the U.S Air Force, CIA and the Department of Energy? The plot thickens.

The President of the United States runs all 3.
However, the president does not have a "need to know" what
exactly goes on there.
On the other side of the mountain next to Papoose Dry Lake is S4 area.
Obama has no clue about what is going on there.
President Jimmy Carter asked to know all information about UFOs.
MJ-12 said "No."

There are people higher than the President. The Base is ran by a group of people. I think 3 or so people.

If I was the President, I would say to them "Hang on a minute chaps, I am the Boss. Tell me everything or you're all fired!"

That might do the trick?

That would do nothing. The President is basically the middle man. And everyone looks at him, but in fact you don't see the whole picture. The people that run the Base are basically running the Military. Which is the United States. The President has no power to over run them. Look at what Kennedy tried to do and look at what happened to him.

We have a shadow government over here.
I'll bet there is a similar shadow government over there.

There is way more to the Government than people are allowed to see. A lot of stuff is censored from the Public.

Yes. I agree that it should be.
The general public does not have a need to know.
It's a matter of national security.
The United States government has the right and the responsibility
to protect its secrets.

That might get him dead.

The president is a short-termer. To get a step closer to real power, look at who the long-termers are. Look at how long people like Cheney and Kissinger have been around.

................................................
I Agree with that 100%
We may want to know a lot of things and there are things we can read just go to the CIA website and they have a library full of documents that are unclassified or declassified on all sorts of stuff ufo's mysterious crashes i just read one today that happened in 1996 it was a TWA jet 230 people died it was hit by a missile they claim it was one of the worst terroristic attack on I look at it this way it is for our own good except when we are being used as pawns or guinea pigs then that is against my grain.
I only like reading stuff I have a life to live beyond all the rif raf.. If ol Yeller blows well what can I do... I am not a doomsday type of person it just dont grab me I am at peace ... so if there is a NWO and there is a NWC that runs the DIA so what .... what are we suppose to do to stop it so yeah sometimes it gets to me but not for long .....

That's why they have commanding officers and separate
research projects to do all the exploring.
MJ-12 must have an incredible MJ-12 Encyclopedia by now.
The amount of information and technology could fill the entire
Library of Congress.
Think it through. If MJ-12 just dumped all of it into the public
domain there would be a HUGE economic BOOM the likes of which
we have never seen!
Jobs!!!.....Jobs!!!......Jobs!!!!

Well if you want a former commander:
Groom Lake Commander

It's no mystery. It's not even classified. The commander of the Groom Lake facility (a.k.a. Detachment 3, Air Force Flight Test Center) is a USAF colonel. He is known as the wing commander or DET3/CC.

Larry McClain was the first DET3/CC, after the Air Force took over responsibility for the base from the CIA in the late 1970s. At that time, the detachment was a very small organization. It has since grown to wing level, encompassing several groups and numerous squadrons.

Area 51 is run by a conglomerate of men representing the RAND corporation, freemasonry, and the Illuminati.
