I feel the bible is more of a tool used for guiding an individual through desperate times, not as a mystical book of prophecy that can see the future. The passage on the OP could mean anything.

Wow, I am impressed with your obvious extensive knowledge of the bible. So, according to your “interpretation” of the bible you believe the world will be ending this month or “prolly” this week? Can you elaborate because I’m not sure I understand?

No where in the bible does it prohibit from reading other scripture, as a matter of fact it encourages it.

2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

So you are suggesting I should be alert for tons of dead bodies suddenly appearing on the surface of the earth (I'm gonna keep an eye out for that)... and lots of smoke; so much so that it will block out the sun and the moon (I'm gonna keep an eye out for that too).

I just want to make sure that I know what to look for. Sounds like this all will be very hard to miss though. It's gonna be a really exciting week! Thanks for the heads up!

Oh, but does "prolly" mean a 99% chance this is gonna happen this week? A 50% chance, or a 0% chance?. What exactly is the probability of "prolly"? I'm just asking because I was planning a vacation to planet Zarcoogian this week. But if the Wicked One is going to be revealed and the astral plane is going to die. I must just stick around here on earth, because I would sure hate to miss that.

Now ask yourself this, If god does all "these things", yet you see no God you are expecting, in order for god to be true who then is God?

You are absolutely correct. Do you see why God's name is blasphemed everyday? Because people bow to one that doesn't exist, when the one that does exist, they don't see, who is before them and with them daily and never hidden.
